Senior Estimator

Job Summary

Leading the development of accurate quantity takeoffs for complex infrastructure projects, the full-time Senior Estimator will provide technical expertise, support bid strategies, and mentor junior estimators while working remotely from various states.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads quantity takeoffs for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy in interpreting plans and specifications
• Supports the sales team in developing competitive bid strategies and engages with contractors and engineers to resolve material questions
• Mentors Estimator I and II personnel, providing guidance and oversight on takeoff work and technical resources

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction or critical infrastructure
• Proven track record of performing complex takeoffs
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors
• Prior involvement in value engineering or design-build efforts
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered
