Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and coordinating full project estimates for federal construction projects
• Managing subcontractors, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance tracking
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project scope and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction estimating, preferably with federal projects
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and industry trends
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office suite
