Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treatment Plant Senior Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads quantity takeoffs for complex and large-scale infrastructure projects
• Reviews drawings and design concepts to provide material takeoff and support cost-saving alternatives
• Supports the development of advanced bid strategies and coordinates with contractors and vendors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction or critical infrastructure
• Strong track record of performing complex takeoffs
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors
• Prior involvement in value engineering or design build efforts
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
