Senior Estimator - Renewable Energy

Job Summary

Leading project cost estimating, the full-time Senior Estimator - Renewable Energy will prepare detailed construction cost estimates, coordinate pricing with contractors and vendors, and support project feasibility during development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• Perform quantity takeoffs across electrical, civil, and structural scopes
• Support value engineering and cost optimization with development and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably in renewable energy, electrical construction, or infrastructure
• Experience preparing detailed construction cost estimates and reviewing contractor bids
• Familiarity with estimating tools such as Bluebeam, ProEst, Primavera, or Excel
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and project documentation
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, procurement, and development teams
