Senior Ethics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ethics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support administration for Code of Conduct & Ethics and Harassment Prevention training courses
• Create, launch, and upgrade the Ask Ethics platform, including AI functionality
• Assist with the management of ethics governance materials and processes, including data analytics and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in ethics or Employee Relations
• Bachelor's degree; paralegal or applicable ethics/HR certifications are a plus
• Experience working with data to draw insights and communicate findings effectively
• Experience leveraging AI functionalities in work processes
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
