Senior ETL Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely within the United States, the full-time Senior ETL Data Analyst will perform advanced data analysis, gather requirements, and design ETL mapping to support pharmacy and healthcare data solutions in Medicaid and PBM environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform requirements gathering and data analysis to support ETL development and healthcare data transformation initiatives
• Create detailed mapping documents and technical specifications based on business and system requirements
• Analyze data using SQL and data models to identify transformation logic, trends, and business insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare business analysis experience, preferably in Medicaid or PBM environments
• 3+ years of strong SQL and technical data analysis experience
• Knowledge of QNXT/schema and healthcare domains including member, eligibility, claims, and financial data
• Experience with requirements gathering, ETL/data mapping, and interface development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
