Senior EUC Support Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing Managed Services team, the full-time Senior EUC Support Engineer will provide operational support, optimization, and automation for customer end user computing environments built on Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 and Level 4 support for Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring operational standards
- Manage and optimize virtual desktop environments, including deployment and configuration of Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix components
- Implement Infrastructure as Code for environment automation and develop scripts to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or Azure Virtual Desktop in a managed services environment
- 4+ years of administering production virtual desktop environments, including Machine Catalogs and Delivery Groups
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with ITSM ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization
