Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level experience in Event Management within a B2B or B2D SaaS environment
• Proven track record of independently owning first-party events from conception to post-event analysis
• Experience designing and executing diverse event formats, including field marketing programs and conferences
• Strong understanding of demand generation metrics and pipeline influence through events
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
