Senior Event Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX OSR Senior Event Manager, In-Market (San Francisco).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare event documentation and coordinate with various departments to ensure high-level service
• Manage customer budgets and maximize revenue through upselling and enhancements
• Oversee customer experiences throughout the event lifecycle, from pre-event to post-event

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in event management, or
• 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with no work experience required
• Ability to manage group room blocks and meeting space
• Experience in forecasting group sleeping rooms and event revenue
• Knowledge of billing and payments processes with clients
