Senior Event Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic event initiatives, the full-time Senior Event Manager will manage in-person and virtual events to enhance customer engagement and business impact while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on event strategy development and manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
• Design and execute demand generation events that drive qualified pipeline for the Sales team
• Lead the planning and execution of major event programs, including an annual conference and various first-party events

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level experience in Event Management within a B2B or B2D SaaS environment
• Proven track record of independently owning first-party events from conception to post-event analysis
• Experience designing and executing diverse event formats, including workshops and conferences
• Strong understanding of demand generation metrics and ability to drive measurable pipeline outcomes
• Exceptional project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects across time zones
