Senior Event Manager

Job Summary

Owning the flagship event Ahead, the freelance Senior Event Manager will manage event strategy, production, and logistics for a series of regional events, ensuring an elevated and on-brand experience while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the Ahead event, including strategy, program design, and logistics management
• Build and implement a repeatable regional events program with payer partners and providers
• Document processes and create playbooks to ensure scalability and consistency in event execution

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience managing events end-to-end, preferably in a high-growth tech company
• Proven track record of owning a flagship event from concept through execution
• Strong brand and creative sensibility with a focus on elevated event experiences
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events and maintain organization without close oversight
• Experience in healthcare or mission-driven industries is a plus
