Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service delivery
• Champion a service culture and build strong relationships with clients throughout the event lifecycle
• Drive event revenue through effective planning, budget management, and collaboration with sales and leadership

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in hotel Event Planning or related field
• Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments preferred
• Proficiency in event planning systems and tools (e.g., Envision, Social Tables)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms
