Key Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-production and on-site execution across multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing all communications regarding production timelines and logistics
• Manage project budgets, including invoice coordination and vendor payments, while leading and mentoring project teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of event production experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of production roles and cross-departmental workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications, as well as project management software
• Thorough understanding of permitting standards related to event production
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
