Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Event Project Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution of event-specific design projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for production timelines, budgets, and installation operations
• Track project assets and communicate project requirements to the creative team and other departments

Required Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience within design for large-scale events
• Expert knowledge of MS Office applications, Smartsheet, and Asana
• Ability to manage design teams and production partners effectively
• Experience with FF&E logistics planning and implementation
• Calm under pressure with exceptional time management and organizational skills
