Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Events Contractor to design, plan, and execute their presence at key events in 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of attendance at two major conferences
• Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and event promotion for a flagship developer event
• Develop timelines, budgets, and evaluate event success based on KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience managing B2B or developer-focused events
• Proven project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with extensive experience in event logistics
• Creative and strategic thinker capable of enhancing brand storytelling
• Familiarity with SaaS B2B and developer ecosystems is a plus
