Job Summary

Supporting Strategic Accounts, the full-time remote Senior Events Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful virtual and in-person customer events and community programs to drive customer success and engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of customer events and hacking challenges aligned with security objectives and business goals
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance event planning, communications, and operational workflows for improved efficiency
  • Analyze participation and customer outcomes to develop reporting dashboards and provide actionable recommendations for future programs
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, program management, or related fields within technology or cybersecurity
  • Proven experience leading complex virtual and in-person events with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting insights to senior leaders
  • Familiarity with event management platforms and project management tools such as Asana or Trello
