Job Summary

Managing event logistics and operational execution, the Senior Events Promotions Specialist will coordinate trade shows and events in a remote or hybrid role, ensuring seamless execution through vendor coordination, shipping management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event logistics, including registration, badging, and scheduling
• Manage shipping and freight logistics, ensuring timely delivery and return of materials
• Provide hands-on logistical support during events and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or operational support preferred
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
• Experience managing shipping, inventory, and multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with a high degree of follow through
