Senior Exchange Consultant

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-level Microsoft planning and implementation projects, the remote Senior Exchange Consultant will provide expertise in Microsoft Exchange from 2007 to 2019 and Office 365 Exchange Online, along with a solid understanding of Active Directory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a breadth of expertise across numerous core enterprise messaging technologies
• Understand and employ best practices for a range of technologies based on industry standards
• Identify and mitigate technical risks when changes are made to a client's environment

Required qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, Exchange Online, and Active Directory
• Experience in consulting, architectural design, implementation, and support of Microsoft technologies
• Strong commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
• Understanding of network and information security best practices
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
