Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Customer & Revenue Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling systems aligned with business priorities
- Prepare materials for Board meetings and coordinate large meetings and events
- Handle travel arrangements and collaborate with other Executive Assistants for seamless operations
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-Suite leaders
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, and Slack
- Experience managing international travel arrangements and logistics
- Proactive approach with strong organizational and planning skills
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
