Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Customer & Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling systems aligned with business priorities
  • Prepare materials for Board meetings and coordinate large meetings and events
  • Handle travel arrangements and collaborate with other Executive Assistants for seamless operations
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-Suite leaders
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, and Slack
  • Experience managing international travel arrangements and logistics
  • Proactive approach with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
