Job Summary
Supporting the SVP of Global Customer Solutions, the full-time remote Senior Executive Assistant will manage a busy calendar, coordinate travel, and drive the operational cadence of strategic initiatives within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the SVP's calendar, prioritize requests, and coordinate domestic and international travel
- Own the operational cadence of the Global Customer Solutions organization, tracking programs and ensuring initiatives stay on schedule
- Proactively identify and implement AI tools to automate workflows and enhance team efficiency
Required qualifications
- Experience supporting VP or C-level executives in a high-growth tech environment
- Hands-on program or project management experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
- BA/BS degree preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
