Job Summary

Supporting the SVP of Global Customer Solutions, the full-time remote Senior Executive Assistant will manage a busy calendar, coordinate travel, and drive the operational cadence of strategic initiatives within the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain the SVP's calendar, prioritize requests, and coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Own the operational cadence of the Global Customer Solutions organization, tracking programs and ensuring initiatives stay on schedule
  • Proactively identify and implement AI tools to automate workflows and enhance team efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Experience supporting VP or C-level executives in a high-growth tech environment
  • Hands-on program or project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
  • BA/BS degree preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
