Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive HR Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, modeling, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base pay and performance-based incentives
  • Assist in preparing materials for Compensation Committee meetings and conduct benchmarking analyses for executive roles
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR leadership to ensure programs align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
  • 2-5 years of executive compensation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years specifically supporting equity and incentive plans
  • Preferred education or experience in healthcare administration, compensation administration, finance, business, or accounting
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial and data reporting software
