Job Summary

Supporting executive compensation programs, the full-time remote Senior Executive Compensation Analyst will manage incentive compensation, equity awards, and benchmarking analysis while collaborating with HR, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure accurate and timely execution of compensation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary and equity awards
  • Conduct executive compensation benchmarking in partnership with external consultants to inform pay plans and recommendations
  • Prepare executive-ready analyses and materials for senior leadership and Compensation Committee discussions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 8 years of progressive compensation experience, particularly in equity and executive compensation
  • Preferred ECA or CEP certifications
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with equity administration platforms, such as Morgan Stanley Shareworks
