  • Develop and enhance guidelines, education, and communication related to executive compensation programs
  • Utilize Excel expertise to analyze existing programs and potential impact of alternative and future programs
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of Global Executive compensation experience within a public company
  • Advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables, vlookups, and sumifs
  • Experienced team player with strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Financial background
