Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead elements of the global executive and equity compensation processes and programs
• Develop and enhance guidelines, education, and communication related to executive compensation programs
• Utilize Excel expertise to analyze existing programs and potential impact of alternative and future programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 3 years of Global Executive compensation experience within a public company
• Advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables, vlookups, and sumifs
• Experienced team player with strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Financial background
