Leading the strategy and execution of executive compensation programs, the full-time Senior Executive Compensation Manager will drive governance, market analysis, and program administration while collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs, including salary structures and equity programs
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure compensation aligns with business priorities and culture
  • Analyze market trends and enhance compensation programs for competitiveness and effectiveness
Required qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in compensation, with a focus on executive compensation programs
  • Proven track record of leading complex compensation initiatives and influencing senior leaders
  • Expertise in compensation strategy, market benchmarking, and program administration
  • Experience with Board or Compensation Committee processes and proxy-related activities
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation modeling
