Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of executive compensation programs, the full-time Senior Executive Compensation Manager will drive governance, market analysis, and program administration while collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs, including salary structures and equity programs
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure compensation aligns with business priorities and culture
- Analyze market trends and enhance compensation programs for competitiveness and effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in compensation, with a focus on executive compensation programs
- Proven track record of leading complex compensation initiatives and influencing senior leaders
- Expertise in compensation strategy, market benchmarking, and program administration
- Experience with Board or Compensation Committee processes and proxy-related activities
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation modeling
