Job Summary

Leading fundraising initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Executive Director of Development will manage a team of fundraising professionals to achieve aggressive revenue targets through corporate engagement, major gifts, and fundraising events, while working remotely with a preference for candidates in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.

Key responsibilities

• Drives revenue growth through multi-year corporate partnerships, major gifts, and large-scale events
• Leads donor-centric revenue generation and manages a team of fundraising professionals
• Builds and maintains relationships with C-suite executives to secure transformational gifts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in fundraising, team leadership, or sales management with multi-million-dollar targets
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies
• Expertise in building long-term relationships with major donors and corporate partners
• Experience leading high-impact fundraising events from concept through execution
