Senior Executive Director of Development

Job Summary

Leading fundraising activities for a market-based area, the full-time salaried Senior Executive Director of Development will manage a team of fundraising professionals, drive revenue growth through corporate engagement and major gifts, and engage executive leadership volunteers, all while working remotely from the St. Louis area.

Key responsibilities

• Drives aggressive revenue growth through corporate partnerships, major gifts, and large-scale events
• Leads donor-centric revenue generation and manages a team of fundraising professionals
• Builds and maintains significant relationships with C-suite executives to secure transformational gifts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in fundraising, team leadership, or sales management with multi-million-dollar targets
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies
• Expertise in building long-term relationships with major donors and corporate partners
• Experience leading high-impact fundraising events from concept to execution
