Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Partner, Director, and Professional level searches
- Conduct consultative intake calls with HR and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Develop search strategies and establish talent networks to attract qualified candidates
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
- 3+ years of experience in Executive/Partner/Managing Director recruiting
- Experience in the Professional Services industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
