Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to manage retained assignments for business leadership appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business strategy and hiring needs for senior executive roles
- Sell and deliver executive search assignments while managing the recruitment process and candidate engagement
- Provide guidance on offer terms and facilitate negotiation and onboarding processes for selected candidates
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience running a 360 desk and supporting junior team members
- Proven track record in selling and delivering on senior-level roles
- Experience driving net new business of $500,000 or more per year
- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Personal maturity and credibility to interact with senior executives as a peer
