Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to manage retained assignments for business leadership appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their business strategy and hiring needs for senior executive roles
  • Sell and deliver executive search assignments while managing the recruitment process and candidate engagement
  • Provide guidance on offer terms and facilitate negotiation and onboarding processes for selected candidates
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience running a 360 desk and supporting junior team members
  • Proven track record in selling and delivering on senior-level roles
  • Experience driving net new business of $500,000 or more per year
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Personal maturity and credibility to interact with senior executives as a peer
