• Manage the full lifecycle of executive recruiting, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Four or more years of experience recruiting senior leaders within go to market or customer-facing organizations
• Proven track record of placing executive and senior leadership talent
• Strong understanding of organizational design and leadership competencies
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
