Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter - Executive to hire exceptional Executive talent to support its growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's values, brand, products, and business model
- Collaborate with founders and executive hiring managers to design interview panels and source candidates
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle Executive recruiting experience; 7+ years overall in a talent or HR-equivalent function
- Experience recruiting for Director to C-Suite talent in high-growth environments
- Ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders and hiring managers
- Strong sourcing, research, and networking skills for engaging talent
- Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
