Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's values, brand, products, and business model
  • Collaborate with founders and executive hiring managers to design interview panels and source candidates
  • Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle Executive recruiting experience; 7+ years overall in a talent or HR-equivalent function
  • Experience recruiting for Director to C-Suite talent in high-growth environments
  • Ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Strong sourcing, research, and networking skills for engaging talent
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
