Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with agency experience
• Experience leading complex Director/VP searches
• Background in high-growth or startup environments is preferred
• Proactive and consultative approach to recruiting
• Metrics-oriented and process-minded with strong relationship skills
