Job Summary

To support executive hiring initiatives, the full-time Senior Executive Recruiter will act as a talent consultant to senior leadership, manage end-to-end executive searches, and develop data-driven sourcing strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the C-suite, aligning executive hiring with business objectives
• Lead full-cycle executive searches, from sourcing to offer negotiations
