Job Summary
To support executive hiring initiatives, the full-time Senior Executive Recruiter will act as a talent consultant to senior leadership, manage end-to-end executive searches, and develop data-driven sourcing strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the C-suite, aligning executive hiring with business objectives
- Lead full-cycle executive searches, from sourcing to offer negotiations
- Build innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber global talent
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth tech environments
- Proven success in global recruiting with an understanding of international hiring nuances
- Expertise in negotiating complex compensation and equity structures
- Strong analytical skills with a commitment to using data to inform decisions
- Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies in executive recruiting practices
