Job Summary

To support executive hiring initiatives, the full-time Senior Executive Recruiter will act as a talent consultant to senior leadership, manage end-to-end executive searches, and develop data-driven sourcing strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle executive searches, from sourcing to offer negotiations

  • Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies in executive recruiting practices
