Job Summary

Leading high-impact executive searches, the full-time Senior Executive Recruiter will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders in Go-To-Market functions, designing talent engagement strategies and managing senior-level talent pipelines, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute talent engagement strategies for Senior Director, VP, SVP, and C-level roles
• Identify and engage senior passive talent through advanced sourcing techniques and build innovative pipeline strategies
• Track and report pipeline progress and market intelligence to senior stakeholders, advising on hiring strategy and market positioning

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of executive search experience with a strong track record in recruiting for Senior Director and above roles
• Deep experience in Go-To-Market functions, particularly in Sales & Customer Success
• Experience leveraging AI in recruiting workflows and candidate engagement
• Proven ability to build and manage senior-level talent pipelines for high-visibility roles
• Strong market knowledge and ability to influence executive decision-making
