Job Summary

To support a growing global team, the full-time Senior Global Executive Recruiter will manage executive, commercial, and general administrative hiring across North America and international markets, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while driving the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies and candidate profiles while providing market insights and recommendations
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex executive and senior-level roles, utilizing established networks and proactive sourcing methods
• Deliver management information on active searches, translating data into actionable insights to support timely hiring decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment or executive search experience in high-growth environments such as technology or aerospace
• Proven ability to engage high-caliber passive talent and manage complex searches independently
• Extensive professional network with success in leveraging relationships for talent acquisition
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to work in a hybrid environment
