Senior Executive Recruiter

Job Summary

Leading the full-lifecycle recruitment for senior-level positions, the full-time Senior Executive Recruiter will design and execute strategies for hiring across various functions including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance, while managing relationships with C-suite executives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for VP and C-level roles across technical and non-technical functions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing market insights and talent mapping
• Leverage industry networks and inclusive recruiting channels to build diverse executive candidate slates

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in executive search for VP level and above
• Proven track record of recruiting senior leaders within the Education Technology sector or related industries
• Experience placing senior executives across both technical and non-technical disciplines
• High-level influence and communication skills with experience advising C-suite executives
• Strong knowledge of complex executive compensation packages and offer structuring
