Job Summary

Leading full-cycle executive searches for senior leadership roles, the full-time Senior Executive Recruiter will partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and manage candidate engagement in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead full-cycle executive searches for VP, SVP, and CXO-level roles across multiple business units and geographies
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify top-tier executive talent
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in executive search, focusing on VP-level and above
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, particularly across the Americas
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at the senior leadership level
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously with discretion and urgency
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications in HR or related fields preferred
