Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Talent Sourcer to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sr. Manager, Executive Recruiter, to align on strategic business objectives and executive talent priorities
• Design and implement innovative, multi-channel sourcing approaches to meet leadership hiring goals
• Track, measure, and report on recruiting activity to ensure effective use of time and resources

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience directly sourcing executive-level talent (VP+)
• Experience in CPG, Digital Gaming, Entertainment, or Technology industries
• Deep expertise across the full recruiting lifecycle, including talent mapping and candidate assessment
• Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including AI and Boolean search
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations showcasing talent insights and market intelligence
