Job Summary

Supporting high-impact hiring across various functions, the contract Senior Executive Talent Sourcer will focus on executive and senior-level searches in Operations, IT, Revenue, GTM, and Marketing while operating remotely or from preferred locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level pipelines, conducting deep market research and talent mapping
• Engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to intake, calibration, and stakeholder meetings
• Utilize modern AI sourcing tools for personalized outreach and candidate messaging to attract hard-to-reach executive talent

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in talent sourcing or executive search, particularly for senior-level roles
• Strong track record in supporting hiring across Operations, IT, Revenue, GTM, or Marketing functions
• Deep research capability with the ability to produce market insights and search direction
• High comfort level with modern AI sourcing and outreach tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
