Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Expense Reimbursement Coordinator, Federal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage employee expense reports through the Expense Report System
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in expense reports and ensure proper account charging
  • Assist employees and managers with corrections and maintain compliance with federal travel regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Federal Joint Travel expense reimbursement reporting or related experience
  • Direct experience with General Services Administration (GSA) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
  • Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Ten-Key by Touch
  • Detail-oriented with experience in accounting or accounts payable
  • Associate degree preferred
