Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Expense Reimbursement Coordinator, Federal.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage employee expense reports through the Expense Report System
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in expense reports and ensure proper account charging
- Assist employees and managers with corrections and maintain compliance with federal travel regulations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Federal Joint Travel expense reimbursement reporting or related experience
- Direct experience with General Services Administration (GSA) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
- Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Ten-Key by Touch
- Detail-oriented with experience in accounting or accounts payable
- Associate degree preferred
