Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the discovery of customer needs and set design direction for digital initiatives in a remote capacity while collaborating closely with product and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the design process from research to final product, ensuring usability and alignment with customer expectations
• Conduct contextual inquiries and research to uncover customer needs and inform design strategies
• Create user journeys, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate design initiatives effectively

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading Experience Design for digital initiatives in web and mobile
• Expert proficiency in Figma with 5+ years of prototyping experience
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial institution sectors
• Strong background in requirement gathering and analysis, specifically in User Experience (UX) collaboration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design with AI
