Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to create user-centered product designs, requirements, workflows, and strategies
• Create user experiences and interfaces for product prototypes in keeping with industry standards and best practices
• Conduct user research, translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences, and mentor and train team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise in relevant fields
• 5 years of experience designing solutions for software, web applications, or mobile native apps
• 3 years of experience using industry standard design and prototyping tools, and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
• Foundational understanding of common design heuristics and principles
• Ability to train and mentor Experience Designers
