Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Experience Designer will drive the experience strategy for complex, data-driven platform products in a remote setting, focusing on user-centered design and prototyping solutions to enhance customer interactions with project and asset data.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define and deliver exceptional user experiences from concept to implementation
• Visualize and prototype design solutions, facilitating user feedback and internal reviews to refine concepts
• Lead design discussions and workshops, maintaining close contact with users to translate insights into improved experiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design and user research
• Demonstrated experience designing complex B2B or technical platform products
• Strong understanding of AEC customer workflows and experience with BIM and 3D applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• A current portfolio showcasing enterprise UX case studies
