Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead customer and business needs discovery, set design direction, and create user journeys and prototypes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of digital initiatives for web and mobile platforms, ensuring usability and accessibility
• Conduct research to uncover customer needs and present findings to inform experience improvements
• Communicate design strategies and concepts through user journeys, storyboards, and prototypes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading experience design for digital initiatives
• Expertise in Figma with 5+ years of prototyping experience
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial institution sector
• Strong background in requirement gathering and analysis within an Agile environment
• Experience designing with AI technologies
