Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the discovery of customer and business needs while creating user journeys, prototypes, and wireframes in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the design direction and strategy for digital initiatives supporting web and mobile platforms
• Conduct research to uncover customer needs and present findings to inform improvements in the customer experience
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Development Staff to ensure alignment between design and development processes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading Experience Design for digital initiatives
• 5+ years of expertise in Figma and prototyping
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial institution sectors
• Strong background in requirement gathering and analysis within Agile methodologies
• Experience designing with AI technologies
