Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the design strategy for digital initiatives in the banking and financial sector, utilizing remote work capabilities while being available for in-person collaboration in designated hub locations.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the discovery of customer and business needs through research and contextual inquiries
• Set design direction and create user journeys, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate product initiatives
• Establish research methods and present findings to inform improvements in customer experience

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading Experience Design for digital initiatives, particularly in web and mobile
• 5+ years of expertise in Figma and prototyping
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial sectors
• Proficient in requirement gathering, analysis, and user experience collaboration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design with AI
