Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the discovery of customer and business needs while creating user journeys, prototypes, and wireframes in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design direction and strategy for digital initiatives supporting web and mobile
• Conduct contextual inquiries and research to uncover customer needs and inform improvements
• Communicate design initiatives through user journeys, storyboards, and prototypes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading Experience Design for digital initiatives
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial institution sector
• Expert level proficiency in Figma with 5+ years of prototyping experience
• Strong background in requirement gathering and analysis, specifically in User Experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and design with AI
