Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the discovery of customer needs and set design strategies while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the banking and financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user experiences for digital initiatives, ensuring usability and accessibility
• Conduct research to uncover customer needs and present findings to inform product improvements
• Create user journeys, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Experience Design for digital initiatives, particularly in web and mobile
• 5+ years of expertise in Figma for prototyping and design
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial institution sector
• Proficient in requirement gathering and analysis, with a strong focus on user experience collaboration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design with AI
