Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the discovery of customer and business needs while working remotely, with potential visits to hub locations in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas, Birmingham, or Phoenix.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design direction and strategy for digital initiatives, focusing on web and mobile experiences
• Conduct research to uncover customer needs and present findings to inform improvements in customer experience
• Create user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate product initiatives effectively

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading Experience Design for digital initiatives
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma with 5+ years of prototyping experience
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial institution sector
• Strong background in requirement gathering and analysis, particularly in User Experience (UX) collaboration
• Experience with Agile methodologies and design involving AI
