Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the design direction for digital initiatives in the banking and financial sector, utilizing research and prototyping skills while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery of customer and business needs through research and contextual inquiries
• Create user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate design initiatives
• Establish research methods and present findings to inform improvements in customer experience

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading experience design for digital initiatives supporting web and mobile
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial institution sector
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma with 5+ years of prototyping experience
• Strong background in requirement gathering and analysis, particularly in user experience collaboration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design incorporating AI
