Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the design strategy for digital initiatives in the banking and financial sector, conducting research and creating user journeys while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery of customer and business needs through various research methods
• Set design direction and strategy, creating user journeys, storyboards, and prototypes
• Establish usability standards and adjust designs based on customer feedback and expectations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Experience Design for digital initiatives supporting web and mobile
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial institution sector
• Expert level proficiency in Figma with 5+ years of prototyping experience
• Strong background in requirement gathering and analysis, particularly in User Experience (UX)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and design incorporating AI
